At By Rebecca we carefully craft each item by hand to ensure it meets your expectations. Our shipping policy outlines how and when your orders will be delivered, so please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

1.1 Production Time: As all of our products are handmade and personalised to order, please allow 10-15 business days for us to create and prepare your item before it is shipped. This time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand.

1.2 Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email when your order has been dispatched.

1.3 Rush Orders: If you need your item sooner, please contact us at byrebecca.uk@hotmail.com before placing your order to discuss rush options. Additional fees may apply.

2. Shipping within the UK

2.1 Shipping Options: We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

• Standard 2nd Class Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Express 1st Class Shipping: 1-2 business days

2.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight. of the order.

3. Shipping Carriers

3.1 UK Shipments: We primarily use Royal Mail or Parcelforce (for larger items) for UK deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

4. Delivery Issues

4.1 Delayed or Lost Items: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

4.2 Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4.3 Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection from the carrier.

5. Shipping Notifications

5.1 Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information (if applicable).

5.2 Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update. 2nd Class & 1st Class postage provide limited tracking, this will be updated once a delivery has been made or attempted.
