Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping with Royal Mail can take 2-4 business days, Express shipping with Royal Mail can take 1-3 business days. This is not including order processing time which is 2-3 weeks.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will be provided on your despatch email, this will be limited tracking with Royal Mail.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes, within a 2 mile radius I will hand deliver your order myself. If you qualify upon entering your postcode at checkout delivery will be deducted automatically.

How long is processing time?
This is currently 2-3 weeks for your order to be made. If you do need a rush order please email me to see if I can accommodate this.
Can I get made order made sooner?
Please email me before placing your order to discuss when you need your order for, I will review my open order to see if this is date is feasible. This is can not guaranteed.
